wee baby gramps
now that i've gifted this, i can share the wee baby grandpa sweater i knit for my friend cori's baby boy. he'll be here in just under a month. exciting!
the sweater was quick and easy to knit - i started with this pattern and did adjustments along the way to increase the size. and of course, it's knit in a washable yarn to make life easier for the mama. yarn details on my ravelry here.

like a dream
more test images from my rolleiflex—from a quick jaunt to one of my favorite destinations, multnomah falls. such a calming place, i'm glad it's not far away.

cozy kaari
After a slew of frustrating projects and lots of unknitting and reknitting, I sought refuge in an easy pattern. Kaari is a cozy stockinette sweater with kangaroo pockets, knit in separate pieces and seamed together. The seaming felt like it took just as long as the knitting but the process was meditative so that's okay. I'm pleased with the way the sweater turned out – not too big, not too small, and oh-so-cozy. Just the right shade of grey. Yarn details on my ravelry here.

around the house
a few photographs from around my apartment shot with a rolleiflex gifted by a dear friend. trying to be braver about posting images i'm unsure about. how do you fight the inner critic?
